Regarding the Chase

I have been looking at revamping the chase rules for some time since it seems to be more rolling and less excitement. I would like to add things in and make each roll count, while also eliminating half or more of the rolls that re involved in a current chase.

As a side note I would also like to include tracking and explorations actions into the same system?
