Game Coffee

Hey I know Time sneaks up on us all and especially me this month.  I would like folks to know that I am willing to do a coffee on the Tuesday and hope to see all of you all out there at Westerns on South Albert.

I am changing this to be a place where I post about game coffees and such. It may make it easier for notifications since many people rely on the e-mail as well as looking at the forums.

On that note the Next game coffee is today at 7:30 at Westerns on South Albert.

I have noticed that Tuesday nights do not work the best for folks so I was wondering if there were any ideas on when the best day for a coffee would be and if people would like to look at alternate locations.

I know Tove would be more interested in such arrangements, but I would like to hear what folks have to say.

At this point, Wednesdays would likely work best for me on a regular basis.
The third Tuesday of every month is is also open for me, so long as its a place I could bring an infant (ie no smoking).

Wednesdays would work well here. That way the other half can get in some side-scenes. Lol

We would like to do one this comeing week as it looks like there will be the time for both me and Tim.

I know this is kinda late but I am going to assure you that Myself and Tim will be at Western Pizza tonight by around or about 7:30

March 6. Don't worry, I've had it all screwed up the last few days too.

Looks like March 19th will be the next official coffee. If we receive a bunch of requests to move this from a Tuesday then we can do that or have a second one since we are trying to get so many folks out there caught up.

Same Bat-Time, same Bat-Channel for Tuesday; 7:30pm Western Pizza on South Albert across from the Golden Mile. Give us a heads up if possible as to what scenes you want to do as a reminder so we can prep.

Additionally, we're looking at running another Wednesday for those Tuesday doesn't work. Whether it'll be at the same location or elsewhere I'll need to get confirmed with G and who needs to what scene (if another locale works better of course). Anyone who wants to do one Wednesday, please give us a quick heads up and, if possible a reminder for what scenes you wish then as well.

I can make it, but I will be needing a ride to/from the coffee.
Anyone offering will also need room for Rowan's carrier, and one other passanger, as I think I'm bringing a new player.

Actually, I have secured a ride, and could even offer to give a ride to a player.

Hi all. I know that not many were able to make the game over the weekend, but we are still planning on having a coffee on Tuesday because there is a great deal of stuff to get done. Also we still like when players are able to give us a heads up on what they would like to get done so that we can have at least some prep time before running any of the scenes.

Though Tuesday evening is a no-go for me this week, if anyone wants to do a coffee to catch up, or for character creation this week (As of Monday April 29th to May 4th), give us a heads up. I may have some availability beyond tomorrow evening. If there's interest, give us a heads up on what day works for you and what you'd like to get done scene wise.

Update; Tuesday evening is available now for me as well as G.

Just so that people are aware we are having a coffee tonight. Not sure where it will be at yet, but it is going to happen!

If folks have some time or interest this week for a game, give us a heads up if their is something you want to catch up on or get done, we'll schedule accordingly, time allowing. If you've got an idea in mind, inform us; it makes prepping that much easier.

Don't forget folks; Pre-game coffee tomorrow, Tuesday May 14th. If another day works better, give us a heads up so we can see what works for us and others. As always if you've got something you want to do in particular at the coffee, give us a heads up prior if at all possible.

Location wise we can do it at our usual haunt (most likely), or G's if nice enough weather permits (which would also potentially be nice, because good weather when around is good). Or, well, another location if there's one in mind that'd work that folks are particularly enamored with. If we decide on somewhere else beyond Western Pizza South Albert, we'll alert you prior.

As usual, we have options for locations. Westerns has been treating us well, but if folks want to do it over here, give us a heads up. So far the usual time (of course). Finalized location will be posted. Specific scenes/agendas for your characters that you want to do, give us a heads up prior.

Is there a coffee tomorrow?

There could be if there is enough interest in doing things tonight.

Just to update, we'll be doing coffee at the house instead of Westerns. Weather is supposed to be nice, so we'll see about some BBQing and such. Same time as usual of 7:30ish.

We're going to be doing some bbq, so there should be food available, at the very least smokies (we've got some extra smoked and bacon cheddar smoked) and we can set up some baked potatoes, grilled mushrooms and so on as well. 

If you want soft drinks, you'll need to bring your own for the game coffee, but we're going to take advantage of the nice weather and grill up some tasty stuff. 

If you want to snag anything of your own to firepit roast or bbq, feel free whatever ya like.

We'll be there around 8:30ish. We have an engagement with the Cadet Corps.
